Reservation information
Should the main entrance of the tent be closed at the confirmed time of admission, please use entrance W1 to the rear of the tent. Please understand that all guests in a party are to arrive and be seated punctually. After the time of reservation, in the event the tent is closed, admission is not guaranteed! Unoccupied seats will no longer be considered reserved and will be offered to other guests after the confirmed time of reservation regardless of an already purchased voucher. Guests who leave their reserved seats will lose their reservation. In the event of a late arrival, the reserved seats will no longer be reserved and must be offered to other customers despite a customer having already purchased a voucher.

Admission tickets for entry into the marquee
Admission tickets for one-time admission to the marquee at admission time are only available for evening and afternoon reservations on Saturdays, from 14:00 onwards. You will receive these admission tickets when you collect your voucher or they will be sent to you automatically by post. There are no admission tickets for all other days and noon to 2:00 pm.

Important information on invoicing:
Only one Invoice per Custom-ID.

Sale of reservations
We have regulated the conditions for passing on reservations and their consequences in detail in our AGB. We strongly advise against accepting overpriced reservation offers from the internet or newspaper advertisements. Often the providers are not even in possession of the tables offered. You can be assured that we exhaust all possibilities to prevent these excesses in the trade of Wiesn reservations. But as long as there are people who are willing to pay these prices, there will always be people who take advantage of this situation.
